Therefore our whats app group has members ( either living in or from these origins ) from 16 different countries..
Our members are from or living in; China Thailand India Bulgaria Turkey US Macedonia Albania Germany Nigeria Chile Lebanon Belarus Spain Sweden Norway.
In June; when one of member to travel for business reasons to Malawi Africa, an idea / good cause sparked..
Amongst our whatsapp group members and friends from outside collect money to buy BESIKTAS licensed products to distribute kids in Africa. That s how #AfrikaKartallari project started. (#AfricanEagles ) by the way; why Eagle ? Besiktas is well known by its nick name Kara Kartallar / Black Eagles.
After this made such a positive impact in Malawi and also brought a lot of attention from local media in Turkey , we discussed amongst our members and start a new project.
Turkey is a country where Football is huge thing, everybody loves football.. during World Cup Russia 2018 everybody was touched by the story of #12CaveBoysThailand
So we wanted to start #AsyaKartallari project ( #AsianEagles ) for Thailand.
We collected money from volunteers and group members and this time bought licensed New Season ( 2018/2019 Football Season Jerseys) from Besiktas s Eagle Nest Shops (#KartalYuvasi – #EaglesNest )
We wanted to put a smile on kids fave in Thailand , introduce them about #Besiktas and Turkey..
Meanwhile as world wide recognition has been taking a place for Football World BamBamBammmmm #ComeToBesiktas since 2015
We just wanted to help our beloved club #Beşiktaş by purchasing licensed products , help introducing club and our country to new fans
